He took such good care of my baby when she needed ACL surgery. I spoke with him prior to her X-rays where he apologized but an emergency came in & Tofu would have to be pushed back. He personally called me twice after regarding her X-rays, blood tests, & how she was recovering. I not once had to speak with a tech or secretary about Tofu. Dr. Dean was very personable, polite, & knew exactly which animal I was speaking about. (Given her name is pretty memorable but, I still greatly appreciated that).
